What We Look For
Advanced academic preparation in your field, together with current or recent professional practice. Teaching at IGUC means bridging theory and application: our students are largely working adults who expect what they learn on Monday to be usable on Tuesday. Faculty appointments in theology and ministry additionally require alignment with the university’s confessional identity within the International Circle of Faith.

Doctoral Supervision & Research
Experienced scholars may be invited to supervise doctoral candidates and to serve on the Dissertation Council, which examines every Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Theology and Doctor of Ministry dissertation the university confers.
